Bird Walk
February 18 at 9 am
Meet at the Lagoon Discovery Center for a short walk and introduction to the birds of the Agua Hedionda area with wildlife biologist Jordan Ahle. This walk takes place rain or shine. In case of rain, please bring waterproof binoculars. Great for all ages! Free

Native Garden Tour
Thursday, March 1 at 10 am
The Discovery Center will begin a series of tours that highlight the California native plants in our landscape. Each 30 minute tour will focus on a different plant or plant group. E-Waste Recycling Event
Saturday and Sunday, March 10 & 11
9am - 4 pm
Don't just toss that old tv out with the trash, recycle! We will accept your e-waste for recycling, just drive up and drop off.
This keeps your lectronics out of our landfill, and helps us raise a bit of money, too.
World Water Day

Join us for a fun, hands-on, educational day filled with speakers, sustainable gardening tour, water-treatment and pollution models, water-themed areas, and the fantastic SPLASHmobile! This year's theme is "Water and Food Security", and we'll learn how much of the water we use is tied up in food production.
