truly positive impact for the environment and for your team!

Volunteer with a Purpose

The Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit, dedicated to protecting a preserving the lagoon through education and outreach. Though your clean-up event, you will help our local habitats and directly benefit the 8,000+ grade-school children, 15,000 Discovery Center visitors, and thousands of hikers who come to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon annually.

Foster Team Communication and Cooperation

Volunteering on the Agua Hedionda Lagoon will introduce team members to new challenges and new needs for cooperation. While on site, group members must communicate their perspective on the project, combine their mutual skills and abilities to get the job done, and think of creative ways to solve problems. Outdoor events also give a needed break fro the standard office dynamics, making communication between all levels of you business easier. Many of our attendees walk away from events having found new coworker friendships (especially across different departments),
