• 10:00 – 10:20 AM | Check in, enjoy refreshments, mingle, and review minutes
• 10:20 AM | Meeting begins
• 11:45 AM | Annual Members Meeting concludes; Board of Directors Meeting follows

Important Note: Per our Bylaws, the Annual Meeting is normally held on the third Saturday in October. This year, by Board resolution, the meeting has been moved from October 18 to Saturday, October 4, 2025.

The meeting will include the election of directors and key organizational updates.

To attend and vote at the Annual Meeting, you must be a current member in good standing. If your membership has lapsed, you may renew prior to the meeting HERE.
